Lengthsman

Chatburn Parish Council is considering employing a lengthsman to carry out regular maintenance work in the village.   This will include grass strimming, gully cleaning, repairs to the playground equipment and other work occurring infrequently.        A decision will be made at the next meeting whether to join a group of Ribble Valley villages already benefiting from this service.  The Council would welcome any suggestions regarding this proposal.  Please contact any parish councillor to discuss this further.
